What Services are Available?
  • Private 1:1 – In-Person Local Session (Ringwood East, VIC AU)Approx. – 1½ hours
  • Private 1:1 – Online Virtual Zoom Sessions Approx. – 1 hour
  • Coaching Packages Packages for 6 or 12 months available POA

 

How Are Your Sessions Structured?

 

The first private 1:1 Intro session (telephone or Zoom conference) is 30 minutes which allows time to get to know you and your needs.

This is so Michelle can gain a good understanding of your situation and if it is a good fit she can offer you the most suitable package to suport your goals.

How Long will it take?

It is very hard to put an estimate on how long any transformation will take, however after 3 to 4 sessions most clients notice a difference around the particular issue they are working on. This obviously depends on your commitment, your individual situation, how long the issue has been happening and what the underlying causes of the issues are.

As with anything; What you put in, is a reflection of what you will get out. Your commitment to moving forward, helps us provide YOU with the BEST SUPPORT for your health and well-being. After your first session we will review where you’re at and in consultation with you, choose the best options for you moving forward.

Where Are You Based?

Phoenix Wellness is based at Suite 1, 178 Mt Dandenong Road, Ringwood East, VIC, Australia 3135 (for in person appointments)

Online/Virtual Appointments are also available worldwide (in English) via the Zoom platform (free to download on your computer or devices) please contact Michelle to book.

What Are Your Working Hours?
Sunday – Monday: CLOSED

Tuesday – Wednesday: 8.00am – 5.30pm

Friday: 8.00am – 4.00pm

Saturdays 8.00am – 2.30pm

For International client appointments: these may be available outside of these hours by prior arrangement.

 

What Payment Methods do you accept?
Visa, MasterCard, EFTPOS, Cash.

Monthly Direct Debit may be available for fixed term and ongoing programs. (please contact us to discuss)

What Is Your Cancellation Policy?
No cancellation fees apply to one-off sessions changed more than 24 hours in advance.

 

Any sessions cancelled by the client within 24 hours will be charged at the full rate and will be payable on cancellation.
